If I were your sister, would you encourage ‘tattooed eyeliner’? I often consider getting permanent eyeliner and lip liner but wonder about the pros and cons.

I cannot or should not encourage anyone to get any type of tattoo as this is a personal choice and it isn’t for everyone. If you choose to have this done make sure you do your research as there are many of these so called practitioners with very limited and or no training or professional experience. I have prepared a short checklist to use when searching for a qualified permanent cosmetic technician.
